Jennie and Alex got married on October last year and they had a truly amazing wedding, featured a few weeks ago in OMG.The day started at the incredible Renaissance Hotel in St. Pancras, what an amazing venue! the architecture, all the backgrounds, the beautiful dome, the staircase…everything is to die for!Jennie was there with her bridesmaids, having their make-up and hair done by Kirsty from thebeautyfoundation. Her bridesmaids wore different dresses in blue and green peacock feather shades, as this was the theme of the wedding, they also wore peacock feathers on their hair and on their bouquets. Jennie looked stunning on her vintage Sally Lacock dress.
Jennie’s bouquet was from Euphoricflowers
After a couple of hours with the girls it was time for me to get to the church in the heart of the city and wait for Jennie’s arrival there. I had been in the church previously and the first time I saw it I was very impressed by how big and bright St. Helens is.
The ceremony was beautiful and after hugging their families and friends, it was photo time! They had requested some group photos that I took outside the church and then I had the opportunity to be with them alone for a few minutes to get their portraits.
I couldn’t be happier with the location and venues of this wedding, so many backdrops and nice spots for photos, incredible! in around half an hour we got so much variety, outdoors and indoors…The Renaissance hotel is actually the same building as St. Pancras International Rail Station and we went inside the station for some photos in the platform, this one posted here being one of my favorites of the day.
The room was beautiful, dimly lit by the crystal lamps, some extra pink lights and candles on the tables, creating a very intimate atmosphere.
Thanks for choosing me as your photographer, I truly enjoyed the day!
